Effervescence Medical Aesthetics
ABOUT THE BUSINESS
Effervescence is a medical aesthetics and wellness clinic owned and operated by Registered Nurse Erin Small in Tisdale, Saskatchewan. What began primarily as a cosmetic injectable practice has grown to include advanced skin treatments, medical-grade skincare and pelvic health support. Her approach is centred on helping clients feel comfortable, cared for and confident in their own skin.
WHAT THEY NEEDED
When Erin contacted me, she was already working with a social media manager, but the arrangement was not working for her or her business.
She wanted to start over with a stronger, more recognizable brand, including a new logo, colours and overall visual direction. More importantly, she was ready to completely let go of managing her social media and needed someone she could trust to represent her business online.
Erin did not simply need someone to create posts. She needed someone who understood her, could communicate in her voice and would care about the growth of Effervescence alongside her.
MY APPROACH
At the time, Effervescence was primarily known for Botox and filler. Rather than building the brand around changing how people look, I shifted the messaging toward helping people feel more confident while still looking like themselves.
As the business expanded, the strategy grew with it. We introduced a greater focus on skin health and medical-grade skincare, encouraging a preventative approach instead of waiting until concerns needed to be corrected.
It was also important for Erin to become a visible and trusted part of the brand. By incorporating more of her personality, experience and honest perspective into the content, her audience could get to know the person behind Effervescence—not only the services she provides.
Now, as Effervescence expands into pelvic health, the messaging is evolving again. The brand is becoming about more than surface-level concerns. It is creating honest conversations about wellness, confidence and feeling good in our bodies.
THE RESULT
Effervescence now has a strong, recognizable brand and an online presence that can grow alongside the business.
Erin has become a trusted and familiar voice within the brand, while the content has expanded beyond promoting individual treatments to communicate a much larger purpose. Most importantly, she feels confident investing in new services because she knows they will be introduced thoughtfully and marketed consistently.
“Having a strong brand and presence on social media has been a turning point for myself and Effervescence. This growth has given me the confidence to invest in new services, knowing that they will be successfully launched and marketed!”

Pasquia Regional Park
ABOUT THE BUSINESS
Pasquia Regional Park is a seasonal tourism destination located in the scenic Carrot River Valley in northeast Saskatchewan. The park brings camping, golfing, swimming, hiking, dining and family recreation together in one location.
WHAT THEY NEEDED
Pasquia Regional Park needed someone to consistently manage its social media throughout the busy summer season.
With so many different facilities, activities and events operating within the park, there was always something that needed to be communicated. The challenge was bringing everything together so the campground, golf course, pool, restaurant, hiking trail and interpretive centre felt like parts of one complete destination rather than separate attractions.
The park also needed a reliable way to share timely information, including hours, rates, weekly events, weather-related changes, closures and important park updates.
MY APPROACH
My approach was to market Pasquia Regional Park as more than a campground or a place to golf. The content shows visitors how all of its amenities can come together to create a full day, weekend or summer getaway.
I developed a balanced content plan so each area of the park received regular attention while the overall account remained varied and engaging. Promotional content was combined with useful visitor information, weekly updates, event coverage, park history and more casual content that captured what it actually feels like to spend time at Pasquia.
Because the park changes from day to day, flexibility was also important. Content plans needed to leave room for weather updates, event changes, seasonal announcements and unexpected situations requiring clear and immediate communication.
THE RESULT
Pasquia Regional Park now has a more consistent and connected social media presence that reflects everything available within the park.
Instead of each facility competing for attention, the content brings them together as parts of one destination. Visitors can more easily discover what is happening, plan their time at the park and see that there is something available for a wide range of ages and interests.
Social media has also become a dependable communication channel for both promotion and real-time information. During events, weather changes and unexpected closures, the park can quickly keep its community informed while maintaining a clear and recognizable presence throughout the season.
“Having a strong brand and presence on social media has been a turning point for myself and Effervescence. This growth has given me the confidence to invest in new services, knowing that they will be successfully launched and marketed!”

B4 Electric Inc.
ABOUT THE BUSINESS
B4 Electric Inc. is a locally owned electrical company serving communities throughout northeast Saskatchewan. Led by Journeyman Electrician Chad Bailey, the company provides residential, commercial and agricultural electrical services.
WHAT THEY NEEDED
As a relatively new business, B4 Electric needed to build local awareness and establish its name within the communities it serves.
The immediate goal was not simply to gain followers. It was to create a recognizable and credible presence so that when someone needed an electrician, B4 Electric would be a business they remembered and felt comfortable contacting.
Because the company was still building its collection of project photos and on-site content, the strategy also needed to create value without relying entirely on a constant supply of finished-project images.
MY APPROACH
I developed a content strategy centred on education, community visibility and trust.
Educational content allows B4 Electric to demonstrate its knowledge by answering common questions, explaining electrical concerns and helping people recognize when it may be time to call an electrician. The messaging is kept practical and approachable so it feels relevant to homeowners, farmers and local businesses.
Community management has also been a major priority. Rather than relying only on posts published to B4 Electric’s own accounts, I actively look for appropriate opportunities to introduce the business within the communities it serves. This includes sharing service information in local groups, engaging with community pages and participating in relevant local conversations.
THE RESULT
B4 Electric is building a consistent and professional presence from the beginning, giving the business a strong foundation for long-term awareness and growth.
Through educational content and active community engagement, the name is being introduced beyond the company’s own social media audience and placed directly into relevant local conversations.
Because this strategy is still in its early stages, the focus is currently on establishing familiarity, demonstrating credibility and helping B4 Electric become a recognized name across its service area. Results will continue to be measured as the audience and content history grow.
“Everything looks awesome. I appreciate what you do.”
